Some of my Favorite Movies

This one makes my top ten. I remember seeing it for the first time with Dad on TV with him waiting to see the horse scene.

Love all 6 films in the series, can't wait to see the 7th with some of the original cast.

A feel good series of films.

Dean Martin and Robert Mitchum

John Wayne & Dean Martin

With George Peppard, critics loved it as I did. Perhaps the greatest World War 1 film ever made. The air combat scenes are the best on film

Just a fun Rodgers and Hammerstein musical.

Pat's favorite musical.

John Wayne and Kirk Douglas, a top ten of all time war film.

Although a remake of the original with Clark Gable, it remains a classic. In case you didn't know it's based on a true story.

Just one of those Disney films you have to see and enjoy.

Perhaps my favorite of the 23 James Bond films.

Had a crush on Stella Stevens after seeing this, of course I was only 7.

My favorite Steve McQueen film, Edward G Robinson, Ann Margret, Karl Malden, Rip Torn and Tuesday Weld, just good film, the ending will surprise you.

Started watching this on TV every Easter. Still do, but I watch it a little earlier in the day these days

If you love WWII films, this one has to make your list.

Just one of those feel good films, great back stories

Just good old fashion Disney enertainment.

One of those "LMAO" films. Just don't watch it with the little ones.

Historians hated it because of inaccuracy. I loved it. Make sure you turn the volume up during the cannon scenes

Although Julie Andrews would have been better, a great musical. Written by the James Bond author/creator Ian Flemming

Couldn't help but think what it could have been with Elvis, a superb musical period piece remade from the Judy Garland version.

Airplanes and Gregory Peck, any questions?

Streisand and Walter Matthau, directed by Gene Kelly, just a pure entertaining musical

A good ending to the trilogy. I would have liked to see the original screenplay which included Robert Duvall. He wanted too much money, so Coppola and Puzo had to do a total rewrite.

My favorite sequel of all time, told the story of Don Corleone from his origin and brings it forward to the early 1960's.
